Dateline: 5 November, 2008 Kydonia

ALLIANCE C-130 HIJACKED OVER KYDONIA

An Alliance C-130 Hercules carrying 6 canisters believed to be a newly developed, highly toxic chemical agent was hijacked over the central region of Kydonia today.

Socom forces news has obtained exclusive inside information. Unconfirmed reports from a high level Alliance source leaked the hijacking and that at least 10 Alliance personnel have been injured after a failed attempt to retake the transport.

Sources also indicate that the hijackers, believed to be a militia group hired by the Kydonian black market was able to land the transport and offload the canisters. The 6 canisters have been separated and hidden in 6 different locations within the deadly central jungle region.

Reports of a small but determined local terrorist cell that has obtained the possible locations of the canisters and are planning to find and use the toxic chemicals for their future terrorist plots.

The Alliance has reportedly activated their Elite Seal Teams and have this highly trained unit awaiting deployment into the central jungle region with orders to search for and secure the 6 canisters at all cost.
